1. About these terms

These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for using Raffit and its information website. Raffit helps hosts manage Reddit comment raffles; it does not supply prizes or act as the giveaway sponsor. The business name is Raffit and the contact address is support@redditraffle.com. These draft terms still require final review and adoption.

2. Access and permitted use

Use the app only with a Reddit account and permissions that allow the relevant actions. Follow Reddit’s User Agreement, community rules and applicable platform requirements. Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with the app, send abusive or unsolicited replies, or use the tool for unlawful activity.

3. Host responsibilities

The giveaway host is responsible for its published entry conditions, eligibility, closing time and timezone, selection method, prizes, delivery, and communications. Determine any applicable promotion requirements before running an event. Raffit does not verify entrant age, location, account ownership, individual post upvotes, or arbitrary rules written in notes. Do not describe a manual or score-based selection as a random draw.

4. Draws and technical limits

Results depend on available Reddit data, Reddit API availability, entry rules and the chosen selection method. Data may be incomplete or unavailable; processing can be delayed or fail. Random selection is implemented in software and is not represented as certified, independently audited or suitable for regulated lotteries. Hosts must review results before awarding prizes and communicate how errors will be handled.

5. Replies and external services

Hosts remain responsible for messages sent through reply tools, including automatic completion replies. Review wording and avoid spam or sensitive information. Optional AI providers and external dashboards may have separate terms and privacy practices. See the privacy policy for the code’s data flows.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights you have in your content. You must have the permissions needed to use any content or branding you provide. Reddit names and marks belong to their respective owners. This website makes no claim of Reddit sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Availability and responsibility

The app may change or become unavailable. It is provided without a promise of uninterrupted service or error-free results, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final limitation of liability requires review for the operator and relevant jurisdiction.

8. Ending use and changes

You can stop using the app at any time. Moderators can manage installation through Reddit. Uninstallation does not itself establish deletion of all data. The operator should publish revised terms and their effective date before applying material changes.
